Welcome to Starlight Therapy Equipment.
We have worked in Beauty, Holistic and wellbeing industry since 1977 our staffs have qualification ranging from Hairdressing, Beauty therapy and several forms of Holistic therapies, working mostly as mobile therapists.
Therapists in the past have purchased equipment from suppliers who were recommended to them via Schools, Colleges or by other practitioners. These tables were marketed as light weight portables, at around 15kg upwards. We have found the massage table industry calls any table that folds and has a handle portable regardless of weight, the therapists we come across report they have found most of these tables to be heavy, and some are cumbersome to use. Some of these therapists have sustained some form of injury, which can and has resulted in them not being able to work for long periods of time. We have found therapists generally dont consider the long term effects to there health from carrying heavy equipment, day in and day out, some times carrying it up and down stairs, taking it in and out of the car, or carrying it on public transport. We cannot eradicate the strain we put on our body, but by choosing the most suitable equipment we should be able to prolong our working life.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Shipping And Handling
SHORT DELIVERY / DAMAGED GOODS
STE have accounts with courier companies and arranges deliveries through these accounts.
Courier companies calculate freight based on weight, volume and destination.
EU member states are generally on two to five days delivery.

Delivery Schedule
Our normal delivery is within 14 to 18 working days but this may vary, for our hand made therapy tables from time to time, other items generally within 5 working days stock permitting.
If goods are short delivered and have been charged for, we will be more than happy to cover the cost of freight and send the goods as soon as possible.
Customers are advised to notify us for goods damaged in transit or short deliveries within two working days of receipt of goods.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Guarantee
Warranty
Our Lifetime of table warranty (5 years) guarantees the structure of most of our portable tables against defects in parts and labour to the original purchaser only. Our foams and fabrics carry the manufacturer's warranty cover; most accessories 1 year; and sewn good 90 days. The warranty dose not covers damages caused by improper setup, accidents, misuse and or tears or cracks in the upholstery. The warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the table at our discretion.

PRIVACY POLICY
Starlight Therapy Equipment does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
All financial details supplied by customers are destroyed by fire once the payment has been received. They are not held in clear text on any web site. All card details supplied through our on line store is encrypted for your security.

Returns Policy
Cancellations would need to be made prior to despatch. Should you change your mind after the order has been dispatched collection and delivery charges will be incurred and will be deducted from your refund . This must fall within 30 days of the invoice date. Returns will not be accepted beyond 30 days

All orders are paid for prior to shipping.
